To equip women re-entering the workforce — including survivors of abuse, homelessness, or incarceration — with the tools, skills, and support needed to secure meaningful employment and achieve lasting stability.
Our Job Readiness Programs Include
1. Career Coaching & Goal Setting
One-on-one sessions with mentors who help each woman identify her strengths, set achievable career goals, and build a customized plan for success.
2. Resume & Interview Preparation
Professional resume creation, cover letter writing, and mock interviews designed to boost confidence and help participants shine in every opportunity.
3. Workplace Etiquette & Communication
Practical workshops teaching time management, teamwork, conflict resolution, and professionalism — critical skills that lead to job retention and promotion.
4. Skill Development & Training
Partnerships with local employers, trade schools, and online programs to offer certifications in administration, hospitality, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.
5. Financial Literacy & Budgeting
Workshops on managing income, building credit, saving, and planning for long-term financial freedom.
6. Faith & Work Integration
We teach that work is more than a paycheck — it’s purpose. Participants learn to approach their careers with confidence, integrity, and gratitude rooted in faith.
